Your data
It is your data, on your disk.
You can walk away with all of it at any time, and the app keeps working.
Where it lives
On your devices.
Every record is stored on the phones and computers you use the app on. Sync is optional.
What sync stores.
If you turn sync on, the relay keeps encrypted changes so a new device can catch up. It cannot read them.
Leaving
Export everything, any time.
Download your app and all of its data in one step. Open formats, nothing held back.
If Firekit disappeared tomorrow.
Your app keeps running on your devices. Your data was never only ours to keep.
Deleting
Delete means gone.
Remove a record or an app and it is removed from your devices and from the relay’s copy.
Close your account cleanly.
We delete what we hold about you and tell you when it is done.
Backups
Every device is a backup.
Each one keeps a complete copy. Lose one and the others still have everything.
Nothing was ever only in the cloud.
If sync is off, your data lives on that device alone. Export is one click when you want a copy elsewhere.
